Martial Arts Expo

Team Monash is dedicated to fostering positive experiences for students by providing them with opportunities to engage with Monash University’s sports clubs and participate in unique events.

To support the nine Martial Arts Clubs on campus, Team Monash holds an annual Martial Arts Expo which allows students to try their hand at all the Martial Arts clubs Monash has to offer.

This year over 80 students joined us at the Martial Arts Expo, kicking, punching and striking their way through nine interactive stations.

Martial Arts experts from the Taekwondo, Judo, Kickboxing, Fencing, Kendo, Shorinji Kempo, Jiu Jitsu, Wushu & Tai-Chi and Aikido clubs took them through the basics, holding 15 minute-long interactive sessions.

5 lucky students were awarded with a Semester Club memberships to the Martial Arts club of their choosing.

Team Monash will continue to support the Martial Arts clubs going forward and we are excited to see how they will grow and flourish!
